1. Definitions & Key Terms

6. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

8. Account Suspension & Closure

gg66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred, or where account closure is necessary for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

8.1 Grounds for Suspension or Closure

Accounts may be suspended or closed for reasons including but not limited to: providing false registration information; confirmed or suspected underage gambling; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; bonus abuse or multi-accounting; collusion or cheating; money laundering suspicion; use of prohibited software; and any other conduct in violation of these Terms & Conditions.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Where an account is closed while unsettled bets remain active, those bets will be settled according to normal rules and any resulting real-money winnings will be paid to the Player in accordance with gg66's standard withdrawal process, provided that the closure was not a result of a breach that would entitle gg66 to forfeit such winnings.
